I went to the Huntington Tulip Festival today, even though it was raining. I wasn’t able to get too much before the downpour. I have a couple of images that I think came out pretty well. I’m going to try my hand at that photo contest, but I want your help. Of these two images, which do you prefer?

A hard choice, but I’ll go with the first one because of the overexposed background (I think it accents the background tulips better).
I am a bit partial to the purple tulip. Though, I wasn’t sure if I should go with the red as it is a bit more… traditional, I guess. But the more I think about it, the more I lean to the purple.

I don’t know much about photography, but from the idiots perspective, I like the purple flower.
If I remember correctly, you’ve got quite a few art classes under your belt. That’s gotta count for something!
